About the Author

Dr. Nazir Ahmad is a graduate of the University of the Punjab, Lahore, completed post-graduation from Manchester, M.Phil, and a Ph.D. from The University of London. He worked at King Faisal University, Dammam, then London Borough of Sutton, Southwark College, London, and The School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.

He served as a Professor at King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah for 15 years. Dr. Ahmed has written several books and a considerable number of research articles in his professional career and now writes on Islamic and Historical topics.
